If the products delivered do not conform in nature or quantity to the specifications indicated on the delivery note, the customer must, under penalty of forfeiture, make a claim within three days of delivery to MACH-13 using the contact form on the MACH-13 website.

All products supplied by the seller benefit from the legal guarantee provided by articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.

In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned to the seller, who will take it back, exchange it or refund it.

CLAIMS

The customer benefits from a withdrawal period of fourteen days from delivery of their order to return the product to MACH-13 for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return costs remaining the responsibility of the customer. customer.
